Who can use Northloop
Northloop is for adults. You confirm that you are 18 or older when you sign up. One person, one account.
What Northloop is
Northloop is a way to join small group workouts and to meet the same group again. It is not a gym, a club, a trainer or an event company.
- Northloop does not run venues and does not issue memberships. Joining a session reserves a place in the group, not access to the venue.
- A venue may charge its own entry or class fee. The session says so before you join. Northloop collects no money during the pilot.
- A host is a member who posts a session. Northloop reviews hosts before their first session. “Host reviewed” does not mean a qualified trainer.
Your part
- Give a real first name and a real email address.
- Bring your own access to a venue that needs it: a membership, a class booking, or resident or guest access.
- Turn up when you said you would, or free your place as early as you can. Leaving is free.
- Treat people well. Keep phone numbers out of the group chat.
Safety
Northloop does not watch sessions live. Exercise at your own risk, and stop if you feel unwell. If you are in danger now, call 999. You can report a person, a session or a message in the app. A person at Northloop reads every report.
Our part
- We can remove a session, a message or an account that breaks these rules.
- We can pause or end the pilot. We tell members if we do.
- We give the service as it is, during a pilot. We make no promise that a session goes ahead, or that a place stays open.
Changes
We may change these terms as the pilot grows. The date at the top tells you when. The law of the United Arab Emirates applies.
